Arsenal midfield strongman Thomas Partey is considering moving to Barcelona on a free transfer. His contract with Arsenal is near completion as the Ghanaian is set to be a free agent.
Partey’s negotiation with Arsenal have not led to an agreement but the Gunners are willing to extend his stay .
Barcelona are capitalizing on the Arsenal and Partey negotiation constraints as the 31-year old contract expires at the end of June.
Despite his injury limitations, Thomas Partey has been outstanding in the Arsenal midfield ever since. He appeared 52 times for Mikel Arteta’s side this season with 12 in the champions league but only the community shield winner medalto show.
He will join the likes of Pedri and Gavi in the Barcelona midfield if he signs eventually.
