
Bruno Fernandes has turned down a mouth-watering contract proposal from Al-Hilal to stay focused on his Manchester United career.
A Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal offered a salary package worth a reported €230Million across a three-year deal for the Portuguese international but the midfield maestro declined a switch to the Arabian side. The Saudi Arabian club are looking to lure the best talent in Europe with the Man-United strong man heavily linked to this project. They offer to pay a €120Million transfer fee to acquire his service.
Nevertheless, the offer was rejected by Fernandes who wants to extend his stay with the Red Devils. This is according to Fabrizio Romano who posted on X ….”Bruno Fernandes has rejected Al Hilal proposal”.
Despite the lucrative offer from the Saudi Pro League side, the Portuguese attacking midfielder opts to continue playing at top level in Europe.
Fernandes has two years remaining in his contract at Old Trafford and he is expected to stay until next summer. He scored 19 goals and provided 19 assists in 57 appearance this season.
